We're Donna and Jeff Clapp, co-owners of Visitivity Inc., and we believe your website and marketing should sound and look like you. After 12 years serving Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and throughout Lee and Collier Counties, we've learned that Southwest Florida businesses succeed when they embrace authentic, hometown connections—not corporate-speak that sounds like everyone else in their industry.

"We are in a trust recession in this country. Because of AI, because of things that are out there on social media and in the media, everyone feels a little distrustful of everything out there on the web. And I didn't like that feeling, so we changed the way we create our client’s content,” says  Donna.

While other marketing companies churn out generic, AI-generated content, we started to dig deeper with our clients. "I'm a journalist to begin with. I was a magazine editor for years, so it just made sense to me to start out with an interview of the business owner before writing a single thing for their website,’ says Donna. “But I will tell you that my interview often surprises our new clients, because I'm not calling to ask about the services that you offer. I'm not calling to find out about your industry. I’m calling to find out why you love what you do, and what you say about your commitment to your client’s experience in working with you. That’s what I want your content to reflect." 

Jeff contributes nearly 28 years of artistic and technical expertise as a creative director for magazines, marketing agencies, and one of the largest advertising agencies in the world, The McCann Group, where he worked with notable clients like DuPont, Samuel Adams and Loreal. 

“When I first started creating websites the competition was not that intense and was not locally focused,” says Jeff. “It’s become more important for us to expand beyond just designing a website that looks great, but to also make sure everything “under the hood,” on the back-end of the website is sending all the right signals to Google and the other important search engines. Making sure your website can be found easily is my most important job.”

Together we’ve created hundreds of websites, social media pages, testimonial videos and even corporate documentaries for companies like MGM Resorts and State Street Bank.

We've also won numerous industry awards for logo design, website design, and video production from international industry associations like Hermes Creative Awards, MarCom Video Awards, and AEGIS Video & Film Production Awards.
